Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more! Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship within the US using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

International Shipping We ship to 25 countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express, USPS, and UPS, with estimated transit times of 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Delayed or Lost Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
